We'll concentrate on opening one of the 7 chakras through dance-inspired vinyasa. Prepare to get the body moving!
At the end of each class, utilize the journal prompts in the downloadable workbook to emotionally connect with the energy being cleared.

RECONNECT TO YOUR BODY
These classes take you out of your comfort zone, but don't worry, we'll still move through traditional yoga asanas, blending in dance-inspired vinyasa. The movements will re-center your connection to your body and how the energy feels moving through it.
ALIGN WITH YOUR DHARMA (LIFE PURPOSE)
The chakras can act as a roadmap to your life purpose. When one is stagnant or stuck, it may show up in our lives, whether in relationships, career, home, money, etc. The goal at the end of these 7 days is to feel renewed and clear in aligning deep to your soul's purpose.

Meet your instructor
Courtney Jay
Courtney Jay grew up in the mountains of Colorado as a competitive dancer.
Her journey brought her to California where she began practicing yoga and eventually became certified with her 200 HR YTT from Shivakali Yoga, a school rooted in ancient wisdom and a Hatha-based practice.
Today, she is back in the mountains of Colorado with over 12+ years of yoga knowledge. She is also a certified prenatal yoga teacher through Ma Yoga.
Her practice is rooted in the belief that we all have an intrinsic ability to move and connect to our bodies.
