I created this course while I too moved through my pregnancy journey. Each class is designed to support the changes happening in real-time during each trimester. Together, we will create space to get the body moving, ease the mind, and connect to this beautiful journey—no matter which trimester you're in.
With designated classes for each trimester and over 4 hours of content, this series is your gentle resource to come back to throughout your journey. Classes include yoga flows, meditations, and mindfulness practices. You’ll also receive a supporting PDF and a 4th-trimester bonus video.

Coincide Prenatal classes are designed to ease you into an at-home yoga practice that's non-intimidating and accessible. We’ll move through alignment-based flows that’ll deepen the connection to your pregnancy, your changing body, and help in soothing pregnancy discomforts.

Each of these classes was designed while I experienced the trimesters myself, helping me know how to guide you along the way.
Meet your instructor
Courtney Jay
Courtney Jay grew up in the mountains of Colorado as a competitive dancer.
Her journey brought her to California where she began practicing yoga and eventually became certified with her 200 HR YTT from Shivakali Yoga, a school rooted in ancient wisdom and a Hatha-based practice.
Today, she is back in the mountains of Colorado with over 12+ years of yoga knowledge. She is also a certified prenatal yoga teacher through Ma Yoga.
Her practice is rooted in the belief that we all have an intrinsic ability to move and connect to our bodies.
