Last Mama's Circle of The Year
I’m called to connect for our last Mama’s Circle of the year before I birth my baby girl in early November. Allowing myself to begin entering the birth cave starting in October.
For this Mama’s Circle, we’ll be moving through a burn ceremony that was passed down to me through a sacred movement called Dream Weaving. I spent 3 years integrating the sacred practices of this movement and would love to share this small ritual with the community. Along with connecting to the energy of the autumnal equinox— a time of shedding what no longer serves us and calling in what does.
For pregnant mamas arriving in the space, we'll also give space for releasing birth fears.

ABOUT THE NIGHT
In ancient times, women sat together in circles to share in raising children, to aid in healing, and to support one another. We've lost this sense of connection and community. As a way to help us remember this potent medicine of connection, we gather in circle. We'll share, meditate, move a little, but most importantly, we'll be present with one another.
Please bring:
-Journal & pen
-Pillow/blanket or anything to give you comfort for sitting for a long time
-A natural element to add to the altar: representing something you’re releasing
